A little review of some products I've bought some weeks ago and that I've been using so far.

Proffs super strong Ocean Mist volume max

Une brume d'eau salée censée vous donner un look de plage, les cheveux un peu fou, épais, du volume et un fini mate. Bon comme vous avez pu le comprendre j'ai pas trouvé que les promesses étaient remplies. Ca m'a emmêlé les cheveux et les a rendu un peu poisseux. Ouai, bof. Peut-être que le temps qu'il faisait ce jour-là y était pour quelque chose mais j'avoue ne l'avoir utilisé qu'une fois du coup. Mais c'est dommage j'aimais bien le principe, je lui donnerai une seconde chance un jour où je n'ai pas prévu de sortir :p
A salt-water mist which is supposed to give you a beachy look, little messy hairstyle, thick, some volume and a matte finish. Well as you may have guessed I don't think the promises are fulfilled. It has knotted my hair and make it look quite dirty, oily. Yes, quite bad. Maybe the weather that day wasn't helping either because i confess I used it just once. Too bad, because I liked the concept, maybe will I give it a second chance a day I'm not planning to go out :p

Seriously Shine Free by Formula 10.0.6

Une crème hydratante matifiante. Ayant une peau mixte  (grasse au niveau de la zone T) je cherchais un moyen de l'hydrater (surtout pour l'hiver) sans la rendre encore plus grasse. Je suis alors tombée par hasard sur cette crème qui semblait parfaite pour mon cas, sentais bon et ne coûtait pas des milles et des cents. Et bien j'en suis plutôt satisfaite. Elle hydrate assez bien (même si je ne suis pas sur que ça suffira pendant l'hiver suédois) et pénètre rapidement. Cependant je ne suis pas bouche-bée devant ses propriétés matifiantes, je dirais que ma peau n'est pas plus luisante malgrè l'hydratation mais pas nécessairement moins. C'est donc une bonne crème hydratante pour les peaux mixtes mais pas la solution pour ne plus briller.
A mattifying cream. Having a combination skin (oily on the T zone) I was looking for a way to moisturize it (especially for winter) without making it look even more oily. I found by chance this cream which looked perfect for my case, smelt good and was quite cheap. Well, i'm pretty pleased with it. It is a good moisturizer (even if I'm not sure it will be enough for the Swedish winter) and penetrates quickly. However I'm not astonished by its mattifying properties, I would say that my skin isn't more shiny even if moisturized but not necessarily less shiny. So it is a good moisturizer for combination skin but not the solution not to shine.

BB Powder by L'Oréal

Je voulais une poudre matifiante et légère depuis un petit moment alors quand j'ai trouvé celle-ci en soldes chez Kicks je me suis dis pourquoi pas. La teinte pour ma peau est medium et elle se fond parfaitement avec mon teint. Elle est légère, quasi invisible mais en même temps unifie et surtout donne un joli effet peau de velours. Je suis bien contente de l'avoir prise et vous la recommande si comme moi vous ne voulez pas utilisez de fond teint car c'est trop "lourd" et que vous avez une jolie peau à la base (je veux dire sans cicatrice ou imperfections à cacher), elle ne fera qu'illuminer et rafraichir votre teint.
I wanted a matifying and light powder for a while so when I found this one on sale at Kicks I thought why not. The shade is medium and it perfectly blades in with my skin colour.  It is light, almost invisible but at the same time it unifies and especially gives a beautiful velvety aspect to the skin. I'm glad I picked it up and would recommand you to get it if, like me, you don't want to use foundation because it would be too "heavy" and that you already have an healthy-looking skin (What I mean is without scars or imperfections to hide), it will only highlight and refresh your complexion.

Bague fine avec des dimants

Petit oublie de mon French Haul pourtant je l'adore: un petite bague en or très fine avec de très petits diamants tout autour que je porte à l'index. Très féminin, chic et glamour! J'adore!

Salut tout le monde, excusez-moi pour les semaines de vide, j'ai été débordée et je le suis toujours mais comme je viens de rentrer de quelques jours en France chez ma famille et que j'ai fait pas mal d'achats je me suis dit qu'il fallait absolument que je trouve le temps de vous montrer un peu tout ça!

Pour commencer mes achats Sephora. Il n'y a pas de Sephora à Göteborg ce qui est bien dommage en soit mais en même temps c'est une bonne chose car j'ai tendance à devenir un peu incontrôlable dans un Sephora, preuve qui suit...

Clinique Eye Liner Intense

J'ai les yeux très sensibles et beaucoup de monde m'ont recommandé la marque Clinique. J'ai donc décidé de ma lancer et j'ai acheté un mascara (Black 01), un crayon (Black Diamond 01) et un eye liner (Black 01), le crayon et le mascara étant vendu ensemble avec en plus une petite lotion démaquillante et une petite pochette) à l'occasion d'une promotion.

Le crayon est vraiment bien, j'ai pu enfin remettre du noir dans la muqueuse sans que mes yeux rougissent après un certain temps, qu'ils piquent ou grattent. Il n'est pas trèèèès pigmenté mais ça suffit à donner un petit plus au regard. Le mascara en revanche ne semble pas me convenir, je crois qu'il me fait perdre mes cils ... Quand je me démaquille après l'avoir porté j'ai un nombre anormal de cils dans mon coton, pas très cool. Du coup comme il faut quand même que je l'utilise je n'en mets que sur le bout de mes cils, histoire de les noircir un peu et la chute est moindre. Mais bon, plutôt flippant ... Enfin le eye liner est plutôt bien, rien de particulier à signaler si ce n'est que je préfère les formats "stylos" que je trouve plus faciles à manier même si celui si a déjà une pointe de stylo. Je suis un peu déçue par cette marque, je ne doute pas qu'elle convienne à la plupart des gens mais malheureusement mes yeux n'ont pas l'air du même avis ... :p

I have sensitive eyes and a lot of people recommanded me to use Clinique products. I decided then to try it and bought a mascara (Black 01), a pen (Black Diamond 01) and a eye liner (Black 01), the pen and the mascara being sold together with a sampler version of a makeup remover toner and a small makeup bag.

The pen is really good I think, I can finally put black in my waterline without my eye getting red or itching or hurting. It is not super pigmented but it gives a nice little "plus" to the eyes. The mascara besides doesn't seem to work for me, I think that it makes me lose lashes ... When I remove my makeup in the evening I end up with an anormal number of lashes in my cotonpad., not really ccol. Since I have to use it, I've decided just to put mascara only on the ends of my lashes just to make it look a little darker and thicker and it seems to reduce the falling. A little scary ... Finally the eye liner that is good but nothing special except that I actually prefer the "pencil liners" which I think are easier to use even if this one as already a pencil tip. I'm maybe a little desappointed by this brand, I have no doubt that it must work wonderfully well for other people but my eyes don't seem to share this opinion ... :p

Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil 

Cet automne je suis obsédée par les tons prunes, violet/rouge. Je cherchais donc activement un crayon dans ces couleurs et j'ai décidé de tenter celui d'Urban Decay teinte Rockstar. Un joli prune foncé légèrement métallisé. En passant j'ai aussi craqué pour un crayon doré qui va très bien au yeux marrons/noisettes, El Dorado, toujours cher Urban decay. Ces crayons s'appliquent très facilement, ils sont crémeux et pigmentés et tiennent très bien toute la journée avec la base Eyeshadow Primer Potion encore de Urban decay. Je crois que vous l'aurez compris, Urban decay est, depuis la Naked, une marque à laquelle je fais entièrement confiancevers laquelle je me tourne!

This fall I've been totally obssessed with plummy, berry tones. So I was actively looking for a eye pencil in these colours and i decided to try the Urban decay one, shade Rockstar. It is a pretty dark plum slightly metallic. As I was there, I also picked up a golden pencil that matches very well brown/hazel eyes, El Dorado, still by Urban Decay. These pencils are very easy to apply, they are creamy and pigmented and stay on the whole day with The Eyeshadow Primer Potion once again by Urban decay. I think that it is pretty clear that since the Naked palette, Urban Decay is a brand i definitely trust and go to!

Kiko Eyebrow Designer

 Mes sourcils sont toujours en bataille et c'est quelque chose qui a le don de m'agaçer! J'ai donc acheté un gel pour les sourcils, un sorte de mascara transparent qui sert à brosser les sourcils tout en déposant un peu de gel fixateur pour les empêcher d'en faire qu'à leur tête. Ca marche plutôt bien, c'est naturel, le gel ne se voit pas par contre c'est assez désagréable de le sentir sur les sourcils quand on les touche du doigt, mais là vous me direz que justement ce gel est fait pour que je n'ai plus a les toucher, et c'est plutôt vrai, mauvais réflex :p Ce mascara/gel m'a couté 3,90euros chez Kiko car il y avait un promotion à ce moment-là et j'en suis bien contente!

My eyebrows aways look messy what really annoys me! That's why I bought an eyebrow gel, a kind of transparent mascara which you brush your eyebrows with to prevent them from looking crazy. It works pretty well, it looks natural, you can't see the gel even if it is pretty unpleasant to feel it in your eyebrows when you touch them with your fingers, what you are actually not supposed to do since it takes care of keeping them in place, but sorry, bad habit :p This eyebrow designer cost 3,90euros at Kiko because it was on sale and I'm pretty happy with it!

The Body Shop Almond and Nail Cream

Après avoir utilisé un échantillon de la crème pour cuticules de Lush Doigts de fée et après l'avoir adorée (une efficacité impressionante même si l'odeur est un peu forte et "chimique") j'ai toujours repoussé le moment de son achat à cause son prix. 10,45euros pour 50g, ça fait cher le petit pot de crème. Je cherchais donc un dupe quand je suis tombée sur une promotion chez Body Shop, leurs crèmes pour les mains à 4,...euros le tube. En regardant un peu je trouve cette crème qui serait pour les mains ET les ongles, j'ai donc décidé de tester. Au mieux elle remplace la crème de Lush pour mes cuticules au pire j'ai quand même un bonne crème pour les mains et le tout pour seulement 4,...euros, bon plan. Cette crème est très hydratante et pénètre très rapidement ce qui est très agréable car je déteste avoir les mains qui restent grasses un bon moment après avoir appliqué une crème. Pour les cuticules elle n'égale définitivement pas la Lush mais elle hydrate bien quand même et petit à petit elle fait disparaître les petites peaux et mes cuticules ont l'air en meilleure forme qu'avant. C'est donc une bonne crème pour les mains qui aide les cuticules un peu trop sèches à retrouver un meilleur aspect.

After having used up the sample of Lush hand cream Lemony Flutter Cuticles Butter and after having loved it (incredibly efficient even if the smell is too strong and "chemical") I've always pushed back the time to buy it because of the price. 10,45euros for 50g, quite expensive for a small pot of cream. So, I've been looking for a dupe when I saw that The Body Shop had some sales on their hand creams, 4,...euros for a tube. Checking a little, I found a cream that claims to be for hands and nails which I decided to give a try. In the best case it is as good as the Lush one and can replace it, in the worse case I will have a good hand cream for only 4,...euros, good deal. This cream is very moisturizing and penetrates very rapidly the skin which is great because I hate when my hands remain oily for a while after having applied some cream on it. For the cuticles it is clearly not as good as the Lush cream but it is still hydrating and little by little it helps with the small wounds and my cuticles look better than before. It is a good hand cream which helps dry cuticles to get a better anyway.

Vernis que j'avais laissé chez mes parents

Comme vous le savez déjà, je suis une fanatique de vernis et j'en ai beaucoup trop. Quand j'ai emménagé en Suède j'ai décidé de faire un tri et de n'emmener que ceux que j'allais vraiment utiliser en premier et puis de rapporter les autres petit à petit, voire de les laisser en France.

As you may already know, I'm a huge fan of nail polish and I own way too many of them. When I moved to Sweden I decided to sort them and to take with me only those I knew I would use and to bring the others only later or even to leave them in France.

Echantillons de Sephora

J'ai oublié de mentionner les échantillons que j'ai eu chez Sephora, la vendeuse a été très généreuse avec moi puisqu'elle m'a glissé un Top Coat Sally Hansen Insta-Dry (ceci n'est pas un échantillon mais bien un full-size! Et j'en ai eu 2 car ma mère a aussi acheté des choses chez Sephora) que je n'ai pas encore utilisé car j'utilise en ce moment le Sèche Vite qu'une amie m'a offert, ainsi qu'une crème Benefit The POREfessional, crème qui ressert et estompe l'apparence des pores (pas encore essayé non plus désolée)

I forgot to mention the samples I got at Sephora, the sell-girl has been very generous with me since she gave me a Sally Hansen Insta-Dry Top-Coat (this one wasn actually not a sample but a full size, and I got 2 of them because my mum also bought things at the same time) which I still haven't tries because I'm using the Sèche Vite top coat a friend offered me at the moment, and a Benefit cream The POREfessional, to reduce the appearance of pores (haven't tried this one yet either, sorry)
